Our two venues are available on an exclusive basis, subject to a minimum spend, for lunches, dinners and private receptions, providing memorable and flexible locations for numbers of up to 85.
Skippers Seafood Bistro
Leith's original bistro has a capacity of 60 thoughout all 4 main areas. Our largest single table size is 18 persons in the restaurant. In the conservatory you can book a table of up to 12 persons.

Waterfront Wine Bar & Grill
...is a larger venue with a capacity of 85 spread amongst the main bar, chart rooms and conservatory. The conservatory alone has a capacity for 43 persons at one sitting. Our private chart room can sit a party of 12 persons, giving you complete privacy and intimacy in a candle- lit area.
Exclusive use of the conservatory is given to parties of 35 or more persons, other wise a room hire charge is applied.

For guidance, we have provided sample group menus on this website with a price range to suit every budget. We can tailor these to your individual requirements. Special menus or changes to our existing set menus can be requested. Please contact the venue directly, or fill out the group enquiry form online.
We have also included a copy of our group wine list, which may be pre-ordered.
Group Bookings Terms and Conditions
When you wish to organise an event, we will make a
provisional booking on your behalf. We will then send you a full costing for your event and issue you with a group confirmation form which should be completed and returned to us.
For bookings for 10 persons to 19 persons we will require a credit card number to confirm the booking, although you may settle your account on the day by a separate method.
For bookings of 20 persons or over we will require a (non-returnable) deposit of GBP 10.00 per person to confirm the booking.
At the time of confirmation we request that you supply confirmed numbers. Any reduction made 48 hours before your reservation date will not attract any cancellation fee. However, should there be any reduction in numbers on the actual date of your meal, it will be nessary to impose a GBP 10.00 per person credit card charge or loss of GBP 10.00 deposit per person. We regret that we have to impose this charge as it is necessary to cover losses incurred in seats that cannot be re-sold.
Alternatively, should your numbers increase, we shall endeavour to accomodate your extra guests.
All account balances are payable on the day of your event.
We do not normally offer credit account facilities for one-off events, however should you wish to book us on a regular basis we may be able to arrange this facility on your behalf. This can be pre-arranged by calling our accounts department on 0131-454-2333. Please note that a minimum spend of GBP 2000.00 per annum is required. 14 day credit accounts are offered subject to credit check and status.
